RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, with reasonable requests you may request for exchange or return. We will review your request, however reserve the right to reject any requests for return at our sole discretion.

Please take note for all return or exchange requests shall be made within 5 working days upon receiving of goods. Requests for return or exchange made after 5 days upon receipt of goods may be rejected at our discretion. Goods shall be returned in its original condition and packaging (if any, such as boxes).  Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s own expense) and the request for return will be denied.

LDP Promotion Fair Sdn Bhd does not provide direct / immediate exchange of returned goods. Instead, upon the successful return and acceptance of your return goods, “Store Credits” will be issued to you via “Your Store Account” for you to make any new orders on www.myplazaperabot.online. Please note that “Store Credits” issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount after deducting any shipping costs that was included. Unless otherwise indicated by www.myplazaperabot.online in writing, customers are responsible for any cost of sending their return goods to for assessment.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT FOR VALID RETURN
• Proof of purchase (Confirmation of Order, Invoice)
• Proof of payment (bank in slip, payment transfer slip)
• Proof of receiving of goods (Delivery Order, shipping receipt, shipping bill)
• Valid reasons for return or exchange



REFUND POLICY

You can request via methods below:

  1. Inform our delivery team on the spot if you reject the receipt of goods.
  2. Write in to myplazaperabot.online@gmail.com with all valid proof as mentioned above.

Kindly note that in the process of the return of the said reject goods, the delivery of the goods back to us shall be solely born by the Customer at their own cost. In addition to that, in order to investigate the reason for return, we reserve the right to request that the product in question to be subjected for further evaluation and consideration. This does not automatically lead to an obligation on the part of LDP Promotion Fair Sdn Bhd to accept the request for return.

Please note that items that are damaged due to purchaser’s fault or due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. This assessment will take 7-14 working days upon our received of the returned item.

For return requests that have been accepted, we will issue online Store Credits for your replacement order or your next purchase at this website.  You can check the status of your return request or Store Credit update via Your Store Account.

Note that Store Credits issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included.



AMENDMENT/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of order or cancellation is not allowed after confirmation.
